This was our first official group tour of the year for local park staff and volunteers from Alum Rock Park, the Santa Clara County Open Space District, Youth Science Institute, and Joseph Grant County Park. Our group arrived at the Cedar Barn for an orientation and then we hit the trail to explore poverty ridge, the acorn art site, and to a take a peek into the Arroyo Hondo watershed. It was a beautiful day, with golden eagles soaring overhead and lots of great conversations. Credit goes to Mits Mats for the photos.
